A lot of peopl say that free testosterone is really the most important number to look at as far as gaining strenght/size/energy etc..

Again, a statement difficult to argue against, Tom is on a roll today. In order I would say

If a male is suffering from hypogonadism HCG can stimulate the testes to produce higher levels of test, not just in the short term, but also as a bit of kickstart. If the hypogonadism has been caused by low levels of LH then the clomid works by stimulating the HPTA to produce more LH. So yes, in some people HCG and clomid can stimulate higher natural test in the long run. I think the results would be going from very low to normal low, and whilst acceptable medically, TRT is going to give the levels athletes are looking for..

And yes I agree Free Test is the key value, especially when Estrogen is found to be normal. FSH etc can scew the total test figure to look better than the patient feels.

HCG is also a nicety on TRT as keeping the testes alive allows them to create prenalone, which is important for mental health.
