Now I can *finally* get up to a support on those rings so I can start doing ring dips! Thanks go out to Tom Brose for running CFDC, and also Russ Greene for motivating me by being better than me at almost everything.

Great work Adam! Steven, when are you going to come out and show us some gymnastics? Thats definitly not my area, so I'd love some tutoring for us DC folks.

Discovered it a year ago, slowly integrated it, got rings last november.
