Re: Low Back Pain

Low back pain.. I have had it and currently trying to train around if.

For me it started as a 165# Marine trying to deadlift 455#, from that point on every few years it goes out.

The good news I can find new ways to get rid of it faster. I suffer from not doing some exercise because I am not good at them.

Turkish Get ups.. I found out that it has some ab workings that I am pathetically weak at. I can t2b with some elite people, sit up well, GHD not so much. Some seriously undeveloped parts of my tortoise shell for sure.

I also found out that my hip flexors are weak.

Things that I have done to improve my lower back pain- become mobile, Yoga, stretching more, warm up longer.. that was not enough.

I joined ROM Wod and I am going to do that.

I am not a go under a knife type of dude.

I have my path and I believe that I will be stronger and last longer with getting my weak parts up to snuff and keeping my body as mobile as possible.
