Not to minimize Tim's comment, however results are indeed what count. That is why it is always most beneficial in the long term to execute a movement or exercise with the best technique possible.

Struggling to iron out technical difficulties during the muscle-up will result in substantially higher strength gains in the future. The finest I have seen was a single bar muscle-up with nearly 150% of bodyweight. This improvement took place gradually over a four year period - due primarily to a constant refinement of technique and correct physical preparation.

Great job Lincoln!

I've only been training CF for five weeks and I haven't attempted my first muscle up. It may be a while before I do but I am truly amazed at the results of this program.
