Hey People
Thought I would put my KB snatches up for 2 reasons
1.These are my first ever snatchs with a 32kg KB so its real raw.
2.Get a bit of feedback on form
Sorry the camera is real old so footage is not good.
This is my first go,taken from side.

Front, the rest swing is to save grip on each arm.

Front,getting better

James doing some 16kg Windmills(sorry you have to tilt head)

Me with a 28kg KB with rest swings(tilt head again)
Hope these are usefull contrasts, and sorry we are not as nice to look at as Ashley

Andrew, Nice snatches! nothing wrong that I can see.

The windmill from James suffers a pretty common problem and i thought i'd taught him better!

The foot under the Kb is facing almost straight forward, when he tries to fold sideways the ITB restricts the movement and he leans across to the other foot.

If you turn both feet out in the same direction but keep your hips facing "forward" then you can push the hip under the kettlebell out to the side more and keep the weight on the heel of the foot under the KB more. Not such an issue with a light weight but if you try a windmill with say 40kg and you lean too far across you'll end up screwed right into the ground with a kettlebell holding your head down.

Next time i see you guys i'll show you what i mean.

Andrew, first of all, good job. The one thing I would point out is be sure not to look down. You dont do it a lot, but do tend to drop the head down, and snap the hips foreward a little more. Good work.
