Are there any soy free protein bars on the market, I'm having a hard time finding any.

Thanks

Re: Soy free protein bars?

I love the Oatmega 3 bars from Boundless Nutrition http://www.boundlessnutrition.com (wfs). Their bars are delicious! They have about 19g protein and are ~250 per bar depending on the flavor... I'm not sure if you can get them outside of Texas though. The company is relatively new.

Here are the ingredients for one of their bars from their website.

Dark Chocolate Peanut Oatmega 3 Whey Protein Isolate, Organic Agave Nectar, Organic Rolled Oats, Organic Dark Chocolate [Organic Sugar, Organic Chocolate Liquor, Organic Cocoa Butter, Organic Soy Lecithin, Organic Vanilla (May Contain Traces of Milk)], Vegetable Glycerine, Oat Fiber, Water, Brown Rice Crisps (Brown Rice Flour, Rice Flour), Ultra Refined Fish Oil (Anchovy, Sardine), Dry Roasted Peanuts, Peanut Butter (Dry Roasted Peanuts, Salt), Peanut Oil, Natural Flavors, Soy Lecithin, Green Tea Extract, Sea Salt, Ascorbic Acid (Vitamin C), and Natural Vitamin E to Preserve Freshness. Allergen Statement: Contains Soy, Milk, and Peanuts. May Contain (or Manufactured in a Facility that Processes) Eggs, Treenuts, and Wheat.

Re: Soy free protein bars?

Although they are costly, IMHO health wise the "purest" bars are wildbars and lara bars

They are so good! I eat them when I travel b/c it's just easier. You could try to contact them though the website if you wanted to order them. I get them at a store in Houston that they are partnered with...

Re: Soy free protein bars?

Yeah they look super tasty! And that's the first time I've seen a bar with a higher protein to carb ratio. Usually any bar that has more than 15g of protein has like 40 g of carbs.
If I'm ever in Houston, I'll have to get them ...
