Felt good in the PC's and dips went ok. First time doing it. Might be able to sub 4 with no rest. Second workout was hard and still need work on my overhead stuff. Dip, drive, dip..

Tired from 2 hours of stump removal ending 9PM in a pool of sweat.

Workout from the masters.. I was hoping to go sub 10.. not my day.

AMRAP in 4 Minutes of Thrusters with 50% of heaviest load.
Post load and rep total. L2x: Vic 185#/46Rx
Had nothing to give the Box.. worn out from last week.

Post time. 32.55 Rx.. bruiser of a workout.. 20 X 205 pc... made it thru.. learned how to do competition muscle ups with the turn on the bottom. No failed reps on burpee mu's.. happy just to finish the workout.

Week of NLI competition- took it easy. Did a double under, wall ball and rope climb workout finished 1/2 of it.

Deadlift 5 X 3- 335 lbs plus did workout-

12 PC- 115
6 jerks 115
10 PC 135
5 jerks 135
8 PC 155
4 jerks 155- took about 5 min. Workout for NLI
