WOD ideas- pulled groin muscle

not sure if this is the right area to post this but i'm looking for some WOD ideas. I pulled my groin muscle and i'm trying not to use it which is really hard when you're trying to workout.
I'm avoiding things like squats, lunges, burpees etc.
Last week I did 4 rounds of 25 sits ups, 25 push ups, 25 dips (on a bench), 15 presses w/ 45lbs. I don't have a pull up bar.
