Re: My trainer is boasting about a huge Cindy record - is it physically possible?

well, this guy i originally posted about, he has started training with a team who are aiming to come over to next years cross fit games.

so either he is about to get the shock of his life when he finds out what full rom really means, or he will blast onto the world stage and you will all hear about him soon.

i have since found out he used to be a gymnast training for the olympics. and he is very short.

I have trained with him a few times. Turns out he is a nice guy. Not saying I definatly believe him, just that... well, time will tell. look for a short aussie at the next CF games.

He has to qualify to make the games, and if his ROM is bad then he won't make it past the qualifier. Plus he better have something better that a fast pull-up push-up ans squat. they test for a little more that that fo the games.

Well, let's say he has Speal speed, perhaps even faster due to shorter limbs and the fact he was an on track competive men's gymnast and a less than acceptable ROM.

Perhaps approachable.

Hard thing about the short guys may be rowing, running, and the necessary size to DL with the big boys.
