I juststarted last week, and need to figure out how to keep track of my workouts, and where the posts are for comparison purposes. TIA

On the main page, you see a section labeled "comments" underneath the WOD. Click this link and post up. The comments are archived and they usually link back to corresponding workouts in the past so you can gauge your progress accordingly!
