Hatch Squat Program Question

I have the spreadsheet for the Hatch squat program, but I am curious if there are any other instructions. I think I read a comment somewhere about 2:00 rest between back squats, and 1:00 rest between front squats, but I can't find that comment again, or much of any instructions. Does anyone have any insights? Thanks in advance.

My opinion is to take as much rest as you need. I've done this program, never gotten through it, though. It's very tough and recovery will be at a premium.

Agree, it is strength training, rest as needed. I did Hatch a few years back, NEVER looked at a clock once.

Re: Hatch Squat Program Question

I run a variation of the Hatch Cycle. I do a set every 4 minutes. Normally the set will take you 45s-60s to finish. Gives you a little over 3 minutes rest. Its a great cycle.
