Please critique my SQ and OHSQ

Just thought I would see if anyone could give me any advice or pointers.
After looking at them on YouTube, perhaps I need pointers on taking/posting the videos too.

The weights aren't too heavy.
Both videos should be WFS.

SQ
155# x 5

OH SQ
95# x 5

Thanks in advance.

Re: Please critique my SQ and OHSQ

Look down and sit back more in the back squat.

OHS - if you don't have a problem stalling on the way down with heavier weights - don't change anything.

Re: Please critique my SQ and OHSQ

For your olympic backsquat the only thing I really see wrong with it is that you come out of the bottom with your hips rising faster than your shoulders which is causing you some balance issues in the middle of the ascent. Fix that and you will have a fine looking olympic back squat. OHS looks good.

However, consider checking out Rippetoes lowbar backsquat if you havent already.

Edit: Oh yeah look down

Re: Please critique my SQ and OHSQ

as said above, try to look down a bit more, though not straight down by any means, just diagonally down maybe 6 feet in front of you (or wherever that would end up being on the wall in front of you)

The other thing i saw was that your knees are sliding foward at the bottom of the squat. this shortens your hamstrings and takes out a large part of their contribution to the movement, check out pages 45-48 in Starting strength if you have it. i had the same problem and re-reading those pages helped a lot as they address this issue
