Hi, glad to be here
Well my buddy introduced me to crossfit about 1-2 months ago and it is completely addicting, probably rivals that of cigarettes, lol. Anyways i am totally digging it so far, now on to the good stuff. I am 5'11" and 163 pounds, medium build i believe. I can do fran in 7:31 and so far can run 3miles in 23:37, those are the only times i can dig up at the moment. I am on the local junior colleges swim team, wrestled/swam in high school, and lifelong goal is to become a Pararescuemen. So im working up that way by crossfit, swimming, and running which i need to do more because i dislike it. Anywho do any of you know of any good diet plans to do, im not looking to lose weight but just to be more healthier and possibly convert excess body fat to more muscle, trying to "forge elite fitness" lol. I just read a post saying PB&J's are not the greatest thing for you, i nearly went into a coma because i almost live off them, at least 1-2 a day. Im up for anything so thankyou for your opinions.
