need some times to shoot for

WOD was from Jan 25 and was
Five rounds for time of:
Row 500 meters
135 pound Thruster, 7 reps

i realize this is a rather old WOD.
but i do my own programing and had already planned out this far in advance so im barely getting around to trying it. im going back to this on in particular because i was in the group picture featured that day...

since i know most everyone here records (or at least should record) their times was wondering if there were any realistic times to shoot for.
