Its not a bad deal, certainly you could pay more for bumpers from many places. However I dont think its a great deal, because you can buy brand new bumpers for less than this from several places (including me!). My price on 4 45lb bumpers and two 25lb bumpers would be around $230.

Those particular bumpers are sourced by CAP from a company in Tuscumbia, Alabama called Hi-Temp. IF you purchase them direct from Hi-Temp, they cost $0.92/lb, so the guy selling them on Craigslist NY is either misleading you or does not know this.

Those particular plates could be ordered new from Hi-Temp for $211.60 + shipping, so like Glenn said, there are much better deals out there to be had. (A while back, a guy in Delaware was selling 700lbs. of bumpers on eBay for $100 opening bid.)

Glenn, that's an amazing price for 4 45s and 2 25s. That's only about $20 more than the cheapest 45 and 25 pound set I've found. How much would shipping something like that be to 97338?

Josh,

You are probably looking at a shipping cost of about $80, but if you want an exact quote, please email me at glennpendlay@yahoo.com, i will be glad to look at a couple of shipping options for you.

Glenn
