25 handstand push-ups
50 single-leg squats, alternating
75 pull-ups
30 handstand push-ups
60 single-leg squats, alternating
90 pull-ups

Did 2 rounds even at 18:45

Pull ups tool for ever, doing all strict cause my crappy bar

2 ring handstand push-ups
185lb . back squats, 15 reps
20 burpees
9 ring handstand push-ups
13b. front squats, 18 reps
20 burpees
6 ring handstand push-ups

Was suppose to do heavier and more stuff. Got hot quick. Probaly 100 plus degrees in the garage. Did hspu instead of ring ones

Did in 13:00

100-ft. walking lunge


Finished 4 rounds exactly, had to push hard. Did lunches from garage door to new fence

Was tough one, did 7 rounds even
