20 box jumps, 24-inch box
10 handstand push-ups

Did 4 + 20 in 9:50 RX all

10-9-8-7-6-5-4-3-2-1 reps for time of:
1 1/2 body-weight deadlift
Body-weight bench press
3/4 body-weight clean

Set up three bars and storm through for time.

Did 10-9-8-7-6-5 only. didn't time it. Did 165-165-125 first two Rounds then dropped to 165-125-125, bench got hard quick

Did 115 pounds, rx balls

First round did 10 ghd sit ups, all other did only 5. I suck at them and my ghd sucks.
Did 6 or 7 rounds plus 10. Forgot count

Run 800 meters
50 wall-ball shots, 20-lb. ball

Did lap around house which is like 900 something meters and hilly. Rx wall balls, went 10-10-10-10-10 every round

Finished 40:50 like a boss

1 minute of dumbbell deadlifts
1 minute of push-ups

Do not rest between rounds

Used 53lb kb for deadlift

Dead lift 31-30-26-25-25
Push up 32-21-20-20-20

Total reps 250

TUESDAY 160105

Establish your 1-rep-max deadlift

Then, with a barbell loaded to 50 percent of your max deadlift:
15 cleans for time
12 cleans for time
9 cleans for time
Rest as needed between each set.

Did 275 deadlift, didn't feel like pushing it, still nervous about back. Did 135 for cleans

15- 2:50
12- 2:56
9- 1:33

Open Registration begins Jan. 14!

On an 8-minute running clock, perform 1 minute each of:
Squats
Push-ups
20-inch box jumps
Pull-ups
Inverted burpees
Wall-ball shots, 20-lb. ball
Burpees
Double-unders

Did: 45-35-15-10-6-15-8-40

Total 174
