i was wondering if anyone had any suggestions for substitutions of rowing, i was going to do dumbell swings or one arm snatches to substitute does anyone think this is good enough?? my gym dosn't have a rowing machine

Hi Jason,
If you have access to a pool year round you can do some really fantastic things with it. Substitute an 800-meter row with a 350 to 500 meter sprint in the pool, then go straight to dumbbell swings! The pool is really something I wish every one had access to it can humble the strongest and fastest land lover.

thanks alot i do have acess to a pool not year round but when i'm at school, i do try to swim at least once a week already thanks again
