I started the Crossfit method two months ago, and I am a believer. I have been performing standard retail gym style lifts most of my life, and have (if I may say so) very good strength genetics. At 5'10", and 200 lbs., I easily can lift for reps: Bench press 450 lbs, Incline press 405 lbs.; Squat 800+ lbs. and Military press 250 lbs.

I have found however, that Olympic lifts are taxing both in technique, and in my performance of them thus far. I must admit that I am one of the many people that performs well in isolated movements, but not nearly as well in the total coordinated body movements required of Olympic lifting.

I believe in working towards target accomplishments. What are good reference targets to shoot for over time in the various Olympic lifts? What has been the experience and performance of my Crossfit followering brothers in doing the various Olympic lifts? Please advise.

Well, bodyweight in the snatch is considered one of the basic landmarks of training. Clean and Jerking 150%, for most body types, would be the next standard goal...then usually a triple bodyweight total (snatch and clean and jerk added together).
So for you:
200 Snatch
300 Clean and Jerk
600 Pound Total (maybe 275/325 250/350 or 260/340?)
