hi i want to tell me how can i perform one arm pull-up or one arm push- up.please tell me web sites or another information thanks very much

Progression to a one arm pull up is discussed frequently at www.dragondoor.com Ask around the discussion board and check the articles section for john alstadts article and pavels article "grease the groove for strength".

Do a TON of climbing. Climb ropes, rocks, trees etc. We've got a guy at our gym that can climb a 30' rope with one arm no legs. He used to just mess around with rope climb whenever he had spare time in the gym. His pull up strength is exceptional, though lacking some in other areas.
