As most of you already know, the Wall-Ball exercise is a "KILLER". I recently performed the exercise with a 12lb. medicine ball (my 20lb Dynamax has not arrived)for a 1-minute interval, and thought I just wanted to die. I can feel the obvious physical benefit of the exercise, and I am looking forward (not necessarily happily) to experiencing the Dynamax 20 pounder.

How many reps are you guys and gals achieving in a 1-minute interval, and how many pounds does your medicine ball weigh?
