The Journal is a very well written discussion of a subject or two per issue. The second issue was an eleven page definition of fitness that is the most comprehensive/well thought-out/sensible coverage of the topic that I have ever seen. IMO coaches definition of fitness should be the starting point for all workout schemes - for everyone. Other Journal issues have covered the home gym, the squat, the muscle-up. Very valuable insights have come to my workout partners and I in each issue. I recomend doing what you can to get all the back issues.
