I just watched his 'day in the life of'.

My conclusion is thus;

Rich Froning daily diet=

- Protein shake
- Peanut butter
- Chicken salad (celery, grapes, chicken)
- Milk

Repeat x lots.

Win CF games.

So, pretty certain that is exactly what he eats, every day, all the time, without fail.

I hope my in depth research has helped somewhat with this conundrum.

If everyone want to know what his daily diet is read the following statement taken from his crossfit games athlete profile.

'' I eat whatever is conveniet''

if you look through almost all of the top games competitors profiles you will see a certain trend.
1) ''I eat quality foods but don't measure the amounts''
2) ''I eat whatever is convenient''
3) '' I eat strict paleo with 2-3 cheat meals per week''

though a few top competitors write that they weight and measure their food they are few and far between.
The general trend is that most of them eat clean in whatever quantities they need. For some clean=paleo, for other it means just not eating junk.

and there are some who say they literally eat whatever they want (clean or not)
