Pain from Glute/Ham sit ups
Hello fellow CFers.
I'm still relatively new to CrossFit and did the Glute Ham sit ups today for the first time in a warm-up. After about 5 reps I got a pain from the back of my hamstrings, through my glutes and into my lower back as my body was about parellel to the floor.
Thoughts? Suggestions? Is this normal the first times doing the Glute/Ham sit-ups?
