diagnose some of my clean?

while doing today's WOD, I had some fun sensations that i have trouble identifying. Can anyone help?

Mostly it's that "rattling the plates" sound. When the lift feels right, my elbows rotate and push up and my hands relax as I catch the bar on my shoulders. I am down nice and low in a squat and I feel like, 'hey, that worked great.'

So what does that rattling sound mean? And how do I do it everytime?

Did you lock the plates in place? o_O

If you think something is wrong get a vid up and post in digital coaching.

Re: diagnose some of my clean?

If you're using metal plates of different sizes, they're bound to spin and wobble a bit, even if locked in... at least mine do. I wish annoying sounds from my plates were the only problem I had on squat cleans
