Derek, Nice job. A century is an immediate goal. I had a no doubt about it 90 and a we need to check the video oh so close at 95. Keep pushin' bro, I'm right behind 'ya!

Nice job? All I did was talk about one arm chinning and forget to put the "W/F safe" tag on the links I put up.

Patrick is the one pulling a hundred here, not me (though I certainly wish I was).

I hoped to get there, and I did today at first try with it. Looks like I needed to set the bar higher.

Hopefully next time the WOD like today comes around I'll hit a 150+, 100 was cake.

A dip belt is not all that expensive. It's the exact tool for the job. Here it is holding two dumbells at a time (hard to see them but they're there):
