Re: Official WordPress users thread.

Total NOOB at WordPress.
Why is it such a pain in the butt to navigate my site, and do simple things?
Ugh.
I am beginning to regret choosing it.
I hope it gets easier to use with time.

I looked at the site in your sig and while its not the most flashy looking site, its certainly not hard to navigate. What exactly are you having issues with?

Theres a ton of different themes out there so its hard to tell how yours is actually built. So I can't really give you advice on how to fix it without looking at it.

With that said, and the fact that today is a 'loving' day, I'd be willing to look into it for you free of charge and make some necessary changes for you so that you can easily update it in the future. PM me if you'd like my help.

Thanks for theoffer, Jeremy.
I'm out of the country right now - just visited CrossFit BAQ (Barranquilla, Colombia) yesterday.
Headed back home today.

Re: Official WordPress users thread.

Is there a plugin I can use to be able to have a "more" option on a page?

What I'm hoping to do is have a Coaches page, with the Coach's name and then a "more" button that when clicked would open the particular coach's bio...not on another page, but just reveal what was hidden.

Thanks in advance!

Games Sidebar Widgets help.

Hi Everyone,
Do you know if there are any other Crossfit Games site widgets I can put in the sidebar.
The one one the games.crossfit.com homepage looks like was just to countdown the start of the open. I'd like to add some kind of widget that shows the leader board or current 'Open' workout.

Thanks in advance.

I don't think you'll see anything that like unless it's released from CrossFit themselves. Reason being is that they do not provide an API, or "interface", for developers like me to access that data and create their own custom widgets.

Re: Official WordPress users thread.

Thanks Jeremy. I couldn't even find an RSS feed for the games site. I was hoping I could pull the feed in and display it in a sidebar widget.
Thanks again.
