Your programming looks solid.

I would suggest to keep those metcons on your strength days short and heavy. 2-5 minutes. On Saturday you could do the medium to long metcons.

Thanks mate, do you have any tips or recommendations for the short metcons? i have a WOD generator but they are usually quite long.

Also, as my sunday squad sessions continue, my week will properly go something like -

Monday - Off
Tuesday - Judo
Wednesday - Power Snatch - Squat (3x5) - Bench (3x5) - Metcon
Thursday - Judo
Friday - Off
Sat - Power Clean - Deadlift (3x5) - Press (3x5) - Metcon
Sun - Squad training

Thanks Ted, I'll check it out. I'd need to scale the WOD'S as I mentioned before I am quite weak. Hopefully get a log going aswell
