The fitness revolution! Wow, I'd love to play in a gym like that!

Think he'll franchise? I'd turn in the 24hr membership.

In his own words he's an 'Eastern Bloc' copycat. Developing nations wrought with strife get a little protective of their secrets.

He's screwed. Keep your gym membership.

His gym wouldn't completely be Crossfit friendly. His bias against machines doesn't allow a rowing machine to be included in the mix.

thats a nice looking gym, and we can always subsitute rowers with Sumo Deadlift/High pulls for 10 meters each rep. I wish there were more gyms like that.

The exercises were developed in Eastern Bloc countries? If I remember correctly the Eastern Bloc, more so Soviets, did research and improved or just used already what was there from American iron "workers". So while America ran away with bodybuilding in the fluffy, useless sense- Soviets used the old American studies and proofs of strength training and used it "against" us. But I heard the Eastern Bloc has gotten the American curse of fluffy, useless results/training. At least that's what I heard and remembered.

Other than that I dig his gym and would love it if it were a franchise. But I do not expect his gym to become very huge like some 24hr franchise we hear about.
