Smile Hero WOD

Maybe i missed it but. Is there a list of all the WOD for all the heros. I want to put my company through at least two hero workouts on May 23 to pay reespect to our fallen comrads in arms. So if any one can direct me to it that would be great.

Thanks

Don't let the "honor the fallen" idea cloud the fact that those WOD's are very difficult. Especially if you're planning on doing two, make sure that everybody is well-adjusted to CF workouts so that you don't give people rhabdo.

Yea i thought about that last night we will just do one. Some of the Marines will do great but alot of them might not. Thanks for the advise.

Re: Hero WOD

I was just wondering were the hero workouts designed by the hero's? I mean were these men and women involved in crossfit before they made the ultimate sacrifice?

As a vetern, myslef, my heart goes out to the families of these people and they are truly heros.

Thanks

Re: Hero WOD

All the heroes were active Crossfitters. I know Lt. Murphy actually designed the Murph and used to do it himself, but I'm not sure about the rest of the heroes WODs.

Thumbs down Re: Hero WOD

I know this thread is a little old, but I'm thinking that the CFF has grown a little and maybe there is some more knowledge out there.

Do we have some more insight into these hero WODs?

Cheers from downunder,

Tom

Re: Hero WOD

From what I understand the Hero WOD's are WODs that the individual did/enjoyed. I believe that his/her fellow CrossFitters send a message to HQ about it.
