Completed WOD in good time, but still have energy

I completed my WOD today, dont recall the name, but after I was done I had lots of energy left. I lifted weights and then ran for 45 mins after? Does this mess the whole crossfit concept up??

Apparently, you didn't go hard enough on the workout then.

Unless you're a monster in which case you should scale up.

I dont think I'm a monster but I did have a lot of energy left. I could scale up, but does anyone know if weight lifting and running after performing crossfit is performance enhancing?

Which WOD did you do and what was your time? (Out of curiosity).

I second the request for WOD and time.

No, it won't hurt your training, unless you're overtraining and/or not getting enough food + rest.

Go faster next time

If you push yourself to max intensity I don't think it will even matter of you're a monster or not.
