Our garage gym, v2.

We put our first garage gym together last spring, had to sell some of the equipment after a hard July, and made new purchases this month to replace some of the old items. I love what we have for our purposes. We do most of our work at our box (http://crossfitcombatfitness.com/ WFS), but now we're setup to do MOST of the workouts at home. Obviously we don't have some of the more expensive items (C2, GHD), less frequently used things (dynamax balls), or the luxuries of our great gym (training bars, platforms, all that), but we have somewhere in the neighborhood of a $1500-$2000 investment and more than enough to get it done and have a great time!

- Pendlay NexGen HD bar
- Rogue HG collars
- 160 lbs. Rogue Hi-Temp bumpers
- 2.5, 5, 10 lb. CAP plates
- Rogue S1 squat rack
- Rogue P4 pull up bar
- Iron Woody starter set
- .5 and 1 pood kettlebells
- Rogue 20" plyo box
- Garage Gym rings (need to relocate them)
- Speed Rope
- 50 lb. Powerblocks from our pre-CrossFit days
