I agree, it certainly is not as hard as when I first started crossfit.

Maybe, but it's not what I'd call "easy" either. I tried it, just for kicks once. it felt just like any other CF chipper. plenty of gasping for air and raining sweat.

you have to see it in context.
they trained only for a short peroid of time with Mark Twight and some of them were severly unconditioned.

ps: there are some making of videos, where you can see the actors "unedited". judge by yourself
