What to put in kegs?

I see some gyms using kegs for overhead and carrying, do you put sand in them?

Sand, water, concrete or lead are all good options.

Go to beer store. Buy keg. Carry home overhead and do some Burpees on the way. Tap. Drink. invite the babes over!!
