How often do you work on your "goat"?

In getting back in the swing of things, I've identified three things that I really want to focus on:

- dips/Muscle-Up
- Pistols
- Handstand/HeSPU

My question is how often should you train your weak point? Maybe every three days?

Re: How often do you work on your "goat"?

I still can't get unbroken double unders so I dedicate about 5 mins to them every time I set foot in the gym (my garage).

I'm a big fan of attacking weaknesses head on, at least in theory. Drill your weak points more often than you drill you strong points. Personally, everything for me is a weakness, except maybe deadlifts and flat benchpress so I don't do those more than 3-4 times per month.

Handstand. About to dedicate 5-10 minutes daily to it for the next few months.

The only meaning of GOAT I know of is Greatest of All Time or an actual Goat (the animal)

What is the context in this case?

You can incorporate this into your skill work. A session I do is called, "the goat" and its a 10minute session of 1-5 reps on the minute. So if you were working on your muscle ups, maybe you attempt 2 every minute.

Also, a lot of this stuff can be incorporated into your warm-up, so I agree with being able to do these everyday.
