Thanks, you are right on the ego, I always try not to let ego or pride get in the way, but is seep in without my notice. So I am here to get fit, not make a great time,well yea a great time would be nice, but only if it comes naturally, not cutting corners.

Great job on the run/shoulder WOD, Nik. I skipped that one!
To answer your question, I have 2 kids. Boy and girl, 13 and 11. They're great kids and keep me on my toes for sure!

Hot, humid blistering death heat!!

Really it is humid probably mid to upper 90's, to hot for me to run effectively.
How abot you?

Well, I'm running in the mornings so it is a little more bearable... mid-70's in the early morning and mid-90's for the highs!!! A HUGE difference!
