Quick question.

On the S.S.S test are you allowed to put the kettlebell down when you change hands, and do you do one rep with each hand then change??

I plan on doing a 10min S.S.S.test tonight

Davie,

I believe the drill is you can change your hands as often as you want and can take as many rests (ie. drop the kbell to the floor) as you need too....

Aim is just to get as many reps done in the allotted time as possible big man!

Grip and Rip...
