Re: Big Mac vs Angus Thrid Pounder

Tequila is not food but we can discuss which kind we like better.

No one is saying it is, but it does have a flavor and texture and affects that we can compare to other items in the same category.

No one is saying "I'd rather have a big mac than Jay's brisket burger" (if they do, I will punch them in the face). We are saying given the particular items deemed "fast food", here is the one I prefer. That may be akin to saying which type of fart smells better, but it is still a valid comparison.

If you make the argument that this is a pointless comparison given the lack of quality inherent in the food (though I hear In & Out is pretty good stuff), I will remind you that this is an internet board discussion page.

If boston market counts as fast food, I retract my previous statement.

Troof. They would have to freeze the meat in order for it to travel further than Nevada.

Heart Attack Grill for the (artery) block.

http://www.heartattackgrill.com/ (mildly WFS).

I'm still amazed that they sell no-filter Lucky Strike cigarettes along with the fries that are cooked in actual animal lard.

Agreed 100%

Five guys, burgers and Fries make the best burger of any "chain."

(adding an egg is pure genius)

There is a place in philly that cooks their fries in duck fat. AMAZING. "Sketch" in fishtown for the locals who want to know. Great burgers there as well.

Stop on out some time, you compare.
The Linkery (WFS) fits these requirements.

I'm not saying this to be argumentative, just educational to any one in the San Diego area.

If I ever find myself in PA, you bet I'll look you up for some good food. I like your food ethics.
