I have been using balance bars as part of the zone diet blocks. Is there any good suggestions on making your own, As an alternative Any suggestions would help thanks

Making your own nutrition bar.. now that is a good idea. I look forward to suggestions as well.

A few weeks ago, someone mentioned they like Larabars ( If you check out the ingredients, they're actually quite easy to make yourself. I've been doing just that ever since and they're great. I'm not into the Zone or Paleo though, so these may be heavier on carbs than many around these parts prefer.
