I tried a circuit today consisting of:
1 Power Snatch, followed by 5 overhead squats
5 Ring L-Dips
5 Glute-Ham situps
The goal was 10 rounds & the weight was pretty light(95 lbs); however, for a new CrossFitter like me it was heavy enough.
I made 8 rounds, and will probably do this again.
