170 pounds in 16 months (figured i'd start a new thread)

I have another testimonial thread that I posted when I lost my first hundred but I figured this milestone deserved its own thread.

Starting weight: 340.8
"Now" weight: 170.2

Wow - that's all I can muster. Good for you! What you've accomplished is awesome. I love that once you reached your weight goal, you said "ok, now I'm going to up the calories and get stronger" where I think the natural reaction would be to take a break.

Tomorrow I'm going to show your video to my coworker. He is about 340 lbs and i have been trying to get him in to crossfit. Hopefully this helps him make that move!
