Health

Do you think doing workouts at such high volume as Froning(3+ time a day mostly) can be bad for hearth or health generaly?

Re: Health

As always, the answer is "depends." I'm pretty sure Froning is either training or recovering when he is going 3x a day, that's his life. It's certainly not feasable for people who have other obligations and can't devote all non-training hours to recovery.

Re: Health

Everybody is different. For the average person it isn't sustainable. Every once in a while it wouldn't hurt, but I wouldn't suggest doing it every day unless you're going to make it a living, like Jeff said, or trying to be a games athlete.

Also just want to add that Froning is very smart with his training, unless you can intelligently plan 3 work outs a day I would advise against it.

Well this is really nice answer you made.It will really good and true to say depends that you can do 3x times workouts in a day or not.But I believe in really balanced workouts that they would not be harmful for you.
