Contest Anyone?

im 6'2 im 185lbs and growing, but I was wondering if anyone wanted to compete and see who can do the most weight on certain lifts, any WOD's or see who can do the most reps on some exercises. I just want someone who is stronger than me preferably but my triceps and strong and my back is strong too but my legs are my weaker point i'd say. well let me know

Re: Contest Anyone?

If only there was a venue, on an annual basis, that allowed CFers to test themselves against each other in a somewhat standardized setting..... (WFS)

Other than that, post to CF.com or Beyond the Whiteboard and compare times based on age, location, height, weight, experience level, or whatever else you want.

Re: Contest Anyone?

Dustin i can appreciate your initiative & spirit of competition, but you should checkout the 'competition' forum. there are usually a couple different challenges going on. take a look at how they are formatted and then possibly come up with your own challenge.

i would also suggest you check out The separate-but-equal fit guy's fitness challenge log thread (WFS). its based on dave wendler's fitness goals (WFS). there are four levels of fitness goals & you can start seeing what your capabilities are. then post your results to the thread.
