First i would go to the best for mobility and check out Mobilitywod.com. This should change your life. Then Find a good CF gym To learn proper movement.

Many of the members posted good questions for you to look into. Make sure nutrition and hydration is on. Make sure you get optimal rest. If your life is stressful try to find ways to minimize it.
