Re: OHS critique

I am still working on my form, mobility and technique...

I think I've isolated the problem - shoulders. I am having a really hard time doing shoulder dislocation exercise with the same grip as for my OHS/power snatch, but I also know mobility takes a bit longer to improve, so patiente.

I still wonder is it enough that I just do shoulder dislocation exercise or shall I add something else to it? I know k-starr have a ton of mobility work, but I am lacking time and would only like to do what is needed.

Can I somehow isolate the muscles/ligaments that need to be stretched, like is it the lats, the delts, the triceps, ... so I can address them with more mobility work?

Re: OHS critique

Shoulders are one part but your lats can also limit your rotation at the top.

I work allot on making sure my lats have mobility because i noticed adding this to My shoulder mobility i have improved loads in a very short time.

This has really helps me at the top position in my shoulder press/jerk which in turn has helps my OHS.

Re: OHS critique

oh yeh ... I use both of these plus a couple of other things.

This is a good start and then add something else.

Only you will know what works for you
