Thoughts:

One and a half weeks left on this strength cycle. I've made some amazing progress. I will do it again and take the things I've learned this time and apply them to next time.

I'm really pretty happy with my progess during this pure strength cycle. I would like to have made more gains in the Clean and Snatch but those will come when I have better control (read better muscle recruitment/improved neurological pathways) of the new muscles developed over the last 6 weeks.

Still one and a half weeks left, and I'm less than 30lbs away from a 1k CFT. That will be a huge win, as will hitting a 450lb deadlift on Saturday.

Thoughts:
Heading into the last week of this strength cycle. It's been a good ride. Going to take a week of slowed down active recovery and retest all the lifts listed in my first post of this thread.

Also going to start met con again this week. Made some UNREAL gains since I stopped doing them and am ready to start losing some of the fat I've gained while I've bulked up.

Think I might do a cycle of strong man next. Just a thought. Kind of tired of the meat head stuff I've been doing. Going to keep the olympic lifts going though, love those WAY too much to stop.

Thoughts:
wow..... THAT was a full workout. Insane really. Good thing I got tomorrow off. Going to do NOTHING tomorrow, then hit heavy cleans and shrugs on Wednesday, speed deads on Thursday with another met con similar in fashion to the one today. Rest Friday, and snatch on Saturday.

We'll see how that plays out, but that's the plan.
