Sounds good man, it's wise to rest before that crazy WOD, all those thrusters hurt me this morning and I hope they will hurt you too

Thrusters have a way of making me feel like I'm going to die alone and miserable...

Re: Chuck's Log: Forging Elite Vomiting

Ended up skipping Monday's WOD, I really needed the rest. Today was....crappy, but better than expected.

Row 1K 4:19
Squat 315
Press 160
Deadlift 300

Total 775

I've only been back at Crossfit for 2 1/2 weeks after ohh...almost 6 months off. I think what killed me the most is that I have spent 13.5 hours rappelling in the last 3 days and my abdominal/hip function is eating crap. Not to mention the 4-5 square inches of skin I'm missing on either side of my hips/thighs.

Didn't get to DL until I got home (where I only have 300.) I should have been able to pull enough to break 800 without question. I'll be in the 1000 club by Halloween.

A. You like Pennywise.

B. You say things like "Winner, winner chicken dinner".

C. You appear to enjoy cross-dressing.

I like you, and will therefore be keeping an eye on your log.

Re: Chuck's Log: Forging Elite Vomiting

I love the title of your log "forging elite vomitting". That's awsome. Like I've said before, crossfit has a way of taking an inocent looking excercise and turning it into pure hell.

Re: Chuck's Log: Forging Elite Vomiting

Did the umm...where did it go, brb-

Ah Ha!
Three rounds for time of:
50 Jump rope, double unders
50 Hip Extensions
50 GHD Sit-ups

Right after I woke up this morning:

Sub in Tuck Jumps, Goodmornings w/ an 25lb-ish sandbag, and Unanchored Sit Ups

13:21

Lame, but hips and abs are still FUBAR. Ended up playing dope on a rope for about 4 1/2 hours again on Thursday. Getting real f'ing sick of rappelling.

I'll be doing the
For time:
50 Pull-ups
50 Ring Dips
40 Pull-ups
40 Ring Dips
30 Pull-ups
30 Ring Dips
20 Pull-ups
20 Ring Dips
10 Pull-ups
10 Ring Dips

in a couple hours. Still trying to figure out how to break this one down.

Who would have ever known that one day I would associate "snatch" as something difficult and painful?!

(Listening to Senses Fail, Thrice, and Silverstein)

47:29 As Rxed (About 17:00 slower then what I remember)
I was feeling pretty weak throughout and really getting down on myself. Then I started to think:

2nd WOD today.
I've only been back for 3 weeks after 5/6 months away.
I also went back through what I've eaten today;turns out 6 grams of carbs isn't enough for me to sail through 2 WODs.

At least I can crush this time easily when this WOD comes up again.
