Re: Chuck's Log: Forging Elite Vomiting

Dude, you're crushing it over here. An insane 7.5 rounds of Nicolish, a killer looking CFFB workout, and then this madness:

That last one definitely goes on the list.

Scrolling back a while, it looks like life's been tangling with others too. Nice work!

Ouch, thanks Marsha.
This one sounds great! Blistering speed! I bet the pull ups after the Deadlift were interesting.

I gave this one a try at the station yesterday. Thankfully, I got toned out to a call right after the first set of 185#DLs. Talk about a back and arm fry daddy! Big difference in speed between my first and second 400m run, I imagine it's much worse on that last one. I was probably around an 18:00 finishing time, after my set of 21 DLs I was right around 11:00 before I got the call.

Some tasty pain being served up over here, Chuck. What's on tap for the next FB topic?

Chuck! Hey Man! This WOD looks brutal! Awesome fast time. I want to try this one sometime. The DL PU would hurt. Yikes! Still the strong man, I see

Re: Chuck's Log: Forging Elite Vomiting

Hiya Chuck,

Tuck definitely is a one-of-a-kind coach! I could have happily repeated both days of the cert (though I don't think my shoulders wouldda held out).

Wanted to try this one today (not enough time w/appointments and such):

400 Meter Run
21,15,9
Swings @ 50lbs
Burpees
400 Meter Run
21,15,9
Deadlift @ 185lbs
Pull-Ups
400 Meter Run

Beautiful programming here - - a "must do" even scaled!

Take care!

Yeah Vanessa, you go lie down!
Hey Chuck, you wanna go lay down with me? LOL Holy crap... what a trip down memory lane. We're married now. We own an affiliate in Sarasota, FL. Mister is still our only child (we're working on a human baby), and we still love CrossFit. Chuck is out of town coaching for CrossFit gymnastics and I am looking for a picture of Mister I can't seem to find. But, finding lots of good memories.

I love you Charles Bennington. And I love you CrossFit, for bringing us together and changing our lives forever.
