Goblet squat throws/swing throws 50M (outside on grass) for any time or rep metric you want.

Did this the other day at the local football field, 15 swings, sprint to the ten yard line, 10 push ups, walk back, repeat to the 20 and so on.

8 RFT
8 Goblet Squats
16 KBS
8 Squat Thrust to High Pull
16 Rows (8 per side)
