Last week at CBCF:

20 min, EMOM, alternate:

1. 12 cal row
2. 12 burpees
3. 12 cal bike
4. 12 burpees

Awful workout. Knew from beginning that I won't complete all the reps. Started at 10 cal on rower, went down to 8. Got (barely) 8 cal son bike, then was down to 6-4; burpees - started at 10, went down to 8.

Then, "Nasty Girls"(mod):

3 RFT of

50 squats
7 C2B pull-ups
10 hang power cleans at 65#

AMRAP cal bike in remaining time

Score is total calories on bike, I got:
5-4-2-3-2

45x3, 55x3, 65x3, 70x3, 75x3, 80x30, 85x1,F, 85x2

This is my third worst score ever! Good measurement of where I am at now.

Got mild rhabdo from doing too much too soon. Took it easy the next week. Did some rowing, walk balls, KB stuff. Then left for Freezing Woman.

Front squats:
33x5, 53x3, 73x3, 93x3, 103x3

Then, in 20 min I completed:

80 wall ball shots, 10lbs
60 cal row
10 alternating arm DB snatches, 25lbs

Today, 2/3/17

Hang clean and jerk triples: 53, 63, 73, 83x1x3

Then AMRAP 10, ladder: 3 C&J, 3 burpees, 6,6, 9,9, 12...

Went at 53 lbs. bar over burpees. Completed round of 12 and did 12 C&J out of 15.
62 reps total.

9-7-5 C2B pull-ups

TIME: 7:36

Alternated legs on splits every rep. Pull-ups one at a time.

Then,

500 m row in 2:11.1

Rest about 5 minutes, then

500 m row in 2:28.9

45x8, 65x3, 85x2, 95x1, 105x1, 115x1, 125F, 120x1

Shoulder Press:

45x1, 55x1, 60x1, 65x1

Deadlift:

95x3, 115x1, 135x1, 155x1, 175x1, 185F

CrossFit Total: 120 + 65 + 175 = 360

2 weeks off, and now back again for just 2 weeks before I have to leave again.
Today I did 1000 m row, and then 7 rounds not for time of 2 deadhang pulluos, 5 push-ups, 10 squats

About 23 minutes of work, 5:53 for both rows, 5:17 for both bikes, plus transitions.

Then work on ring dips negatives.
